I need suggestions on how I can entertain 2 3yr olds on a Airplane?

Also one is sick, shes had this virus now for a week and we leave next Tuesday the 26th. Is it gonna be ok to take her? Its gonna be at least 6hrs on a plane because we are transfering once....Thank You

Go to the dollar store and buy several small toys and wrap them. Every hour they each get to choose and open one toy. They will keep interested and you can leave the toys on the plane if you don't want to deal with them after the flight.
They will love the anticipation of playing with a new toy every hour! it doesn't matter what it is, just make it small and portable...also bring their favorite snacks and a few protein bars...they won't like the airplane food!

Coloring books, Your big backyard magazines, Little toys that you don't mind loosing , food bars and books.

coloring books and a small box of crayons. kids alway love to color, even at 3 years old.

just bring some games or just make them look out the window it will pase time.if it does not work bring some songs.

First try to get bulk head seating. Bring crayons and paper and a book or two like those little golden books. Also bring some suckers or lollipops. Sucking on these helps with the ears and air pressure. Have some little hidden snacks in you purse and sneak one out every once in a while for them. Make sure you keep them up if possible as much as you can before the flight and let them run around in the airport. In other words, wear them out, so they will sleep.

Bring color crayons/books, stories to read or look at (like Where's Waldo or I Spy), bring snacks and juice (if you can... I haven't traveled since they imposed the restrictions on liquids), chewing gum or suckers, and any other items that seem to occupy your children... puzzles, Leap Pad, etc. My kids favorites were the stories!!

Don't let them take naps before hand. And my doctor also told me that you can give them a SMALL dose of Benedryl to help them relax.

Due to the restricted nature of an airplane....many people in close proximity of each other........anyone with any type of infection that is currently contagious should NOT be on the plane.

If she is ok to fly by next week, then you are really going to have your hands full with 2 3yr olds. Traveling with small kids is not an easy thing to do!

Some activities: coloring books, paper dolls, story books. Maybe a small toy plane for each to play with while they are on the real plane (so they can "act out" the trip).

All of the above is good stuff to do. You can also get a portable DVD player for under $100 if you look really well, and if that fits your budget. That will probably give you a couple of hours of quite time!

Talk to your doctor about some good nasal decongestant! Give the sick kid a dose of that and maybe a tylenol or motrin about about 1/2 hour before the plane begins to descent. I know from personal experience - when your nose is stuffed, it can be VERY VERY VERY painful to land. Especially on the jumbo jets. The feeling in the ears is as if they are just about to explode.

the best way is absolutely those coloring books with a variety of activities-such as connect the dots. and also bring a new pack of crayons or marker and let them open them on the plane-they'll be so excited that they'll play for a while. also you could try to have them sleep-the sick one could take nighttime meds. when i was little i flew all over the world frequently, and my favorite thing ever was my mom 'boredom bag' i think is what i called it. she would just bring a tote of numerous things to entertain me and i loved it! now i'm 20 and don't need it anymore..but i still think its great!

If you fly UAL thye have live from the cockpit on CH 9. Fun to listen to ATC talk to the sircraft. Kids may be a bit youg. Other suggestion s get yourself a nice cocktail
