Friday-ad, (www.friday-ad.co.uk & Friday-ad.es) covers the costa del sol, check website to see if if covers anywhere else. Sur in English is the big free English paper on the CDS (www.surinenglish.com) or Daltons weekly.
There are plenty of agents down here that will advertise but charge a lot too!

The Barcelona Metropolitan is good for this area. If you want a national paper try 'La Vanguardia' or for a good web site try holiday rentals.com.
