For a small fee you can change rge name on a plane ticket in europe, is this not common knowledge??

Some lowcost carriers and charter allow a name change against a fee and against payment to a higher applicable fare, but "normal" carriers as Lufthansa,Air France,Swiss etc . don't allow name chgs .
