What are the dates for the Feira de Abril in Sevilla this year?

I heard it is two weeks after Easter's week, however I wanted to know the exact dates this year and in general when it starts and when it ends, that is which days of the week. Gracias!

The grand opening of "La Feria de Abril" is "El Alumbrado" (the lighting)which begins every year with the official lighting of the lanterns where half a million little lights are turned on at once, especially at the main gate. The fair is officially opened on Monday at midnight, normally 2 weeks after Semana Santa (Holy Week/Easter), and ends with a fireworks display the following Sunday, again, at midnight.

2007: 24 - 29 April
2008: 08 - 13 April

1st - 8th April or so I believe.

I cannot understand people who give incorrect dates. It could ruin a holiday!

There are really good local ferias too. They are smaller and often more fun as access to the casetas is easier.
The Jerez feria is a bit boring unless you can get into a sherry company's caseta.

I really liked the Feria de Sanlucar de Barrameda.
