I'm just wondering weather anyone has visited the town of Chipiona, in the Costa De La Luz???

It's near Rota and Jerez

I haven't but..

Stayed one night a few years ago. Nice beaches, very quite. Not your typical Costa resort, but a few OK bars and restaurants.

Yes,

They have a good beach near the lighthouse; a Virgin de la Regla and women called 'Regla' (most embarrasing for them); Good tapas, seafood, and bars. Chipiona is a family holiday resort for people from Seville who rent houses for the Summer holidays. It is quiet and good fun if you speak Spanish.

Nearby are Sanlucar de Barrameda for manzanilla bodegas, Langostinos and the Seafood restaurants at Bajo de Guia; Jerez and El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Seville is about 1.5 hours away and it is well worth exploring the white towns in the Sierra de Ronda, (e.g. Arcos)

The best time to visit is during Easter for unspoilt processions or for the Ferias after Easter,(each town has its feria on a different week). Watch the driving!
