What is the name of the village in Spain, where it rains the most? I think it is in Andalucia.?

There are houses partially under the mountain there.

Is Sierra of Grazalema in Cadiz. It is a beautiful town of white houses, narrows streets and a traditional architecture.
His annual rainfalls overcome 2200 liters per square meter and this happen because Sierra of Grazalema is one of the first natural barriers with which they find the clouds proceeding from the Atlantic Ocean on having penetrated in the Iberian Peninsula for the gulf of Cadiz.
On having risen so rapidly they unload here the whole rain. Besides the local physiognomy produces an effect of funnel that does that the clouds remain here "clogged".

I hope this answer your doubts, sorry for the English but I'm learning. bye
