As anyone stayed at the Vista De Rey Hotel, Benalmadena.?

Also what is the resort like?

Yes, there is a Vista De Rey hotel. It's more an apart-hotel & is situated in Torremuelle, by the Renfe railway station, and consists of 61 rooms. Torremuelle is the next station down from Arroyo de la Miel and, in my view, should not be described as Benalmadena. It's really between Benalmadena & Fuengirola and is a few miles from the centre of Benalmadena. However, don't let that put you off, because there is a lovely promenade to walk to the Marina, with some some great watering holes on the way. If you don't enjoy walking, public transport is frequent and cheap, as are taxis.
To me, Benalmadena has everything & a little bit more & I have been visiting twice a year for 17 years. In fact, in September, I will be making my 3rd trip this year. You will find more than enough to keep you busy, by day and night.
The must do's are The Marina, Tivoli World, the cable car to the mountain top, where you can see numerous birds of prey close up and a horse show if you go at the right time. Also not to missed is Paloma Park, with it's lake, fountain, bars & animals (many of which are running free). To the west side of the park you find Selwo, where there are displays by Dolphins, seals and a large collection of penguins.
To find this park, head towards Benalmadena on the main coastal road & by Bil-Bil Castle turn left at the windmills in the centre of the road. The park is about 100 yards up the hill on the left. Continue on up this road to Arroyo de la Miel, and further up is the village of Benalmadena Pueblo.
There is also a Sea Life centre & an Ice Rink plus plenty of excellent and reasonably priced restaurants, bars and clubs.
I could go on and on, & I haven't even spoken of anything outside of Benalmadena.
For a really good, comprehensive & informative web-site take a look at The Benalmadena & Arroyo de la Miel holiday guide and forum, and in particular the page "Why we love Benal..." Have a good holiday.

Are you sure you have the correct name.

Think you have the wrong name, I live in Benalmadena, never heard if it??? check your name again.................
