Is there a way to use public transportation from urbanisacion Elviria to Malaga Airport?

Take the bus from the 340 to Fuengirola, then go to the train station which is really only 2-3 minutes walk from fuengirola Bus station (were you got off)towards the fountain roundabout and super sol supermarket. The train stops are given out in both Spanish and English,but if your not sure their is a plan of the stops in the carrages and for absolutely sure you will hear many English people on this very popular train. The total cost less then 10 euro. Hope this is useful to you.?
