google for what you need. "villa in andalucia", "cheap rental in rhodes", "apartment with shared pool in languedoc". tell it what you want and it will come back with loads of links. you need a flight, somewhere to stay. some form of transport (car rental?) and some dosh. you could go to thomas cook or similar but i guarantee you it will cost you 拢200 - 拢300 for every 拢100 you'll spend doing it independantly
