Hotel Jaun Miguel in Grenada?

Anyone have any experience of the Hotel Juan Miguel in Grenada? I'm looking to spend a couple of days there at the end of November to explore the area. Or any other suggestions of good quality, reasonably priced hotels in the city. Apart from the Alhambra, any other worthwhile visits which one should make? Thanks.

Quite nice hotel.

There are two Hotel Juan Miguel's in Granada, so not sure which one you are staying in. As you say the Alhambra is well worth a visit but make sure you get tickets before you go, they only accept a limited number of visitors a day, if there's a cruise ship in Malaga on the day you want to go you may find you can't get in. At the end of November you may be able to go skiing, depends on the weather situation keep looking at the weather reports if you're interested. The Cathedral is worth a visit, even if you're not religious. Try the following web site for other ideas www.granadainfo.com/english.htm

Have a lovely weekend and take some warm clothes!

Yes. I麓ve stayed there for two nights. It麓s good and very very well located.

There are cheaper hotels, though...

You can visit the Albaycin, which isn麓t far. Or El Realejo. Your hotel is very centric and you麓ll find hundreds of tapas bars around.

By the way, is GRANADA, not Grenada.

Hi,

Yes . this hotel is centrally located to the most of the granada attractions and ideal hotel to stay in Granada if you want to visit attractions.

The following link may help you to find out the other hotels availble in Granada . In this site they have published real guest reviews of the hotels which help to find a good hotel in Granada. I also one time used this site and had a very positive experience.

Hope you will have an enjoyable holiday in Granada.

one other thing which you might look up is the lake at fuente de piedra - i'm not sure about timing but i think it's about now that 15,000 pink flamingoes stop off there on their migration flight. 50 miles west of granada. thousands of miles from grenada.
not sure about translatorinspain's advice about clothes though, unless it's changed suddenly. we stayed west of granada two weeks ago and it was 28 degrees. had my shirt off in the garden all day. still look tanned!
check msn weather before you go
and enjoy it!
