Has anyone rented their home on the Costa del Sol? Any agencies you can recommend?

You may be interested in advertising your property through Riviera del Sol Rentals, which advertises on-line on behalf of the owner & charges 拢20 per year, specifically for properties in that area. On their site you will also find a link to a property management company, who would deal with cleaning, laundry etc.

Remember that most people now book their holidays via the internet. The potential risk by getting an agency to take care of your property rentals is that they may not market it well enough to get alot of rentals.

I would recommend going the web route and hiring a seperate property management company to do the key holding and cleaning etc.
