Anyone here?

Is anyone else that speaks English living in Aquitain?

There are many people that speak English living in Aquitaine. I assume you mean non-French people. Certain regions of Aquitaine, especially the Dordogne department, have a significant expat population from the UK and from Holland (who typically speak English very well). It is said that 96% of communes in the department have at least one English family.
Outside the Dordogne the native-English speaking population is smaller, but still significant.
