Natalee Holloway: Was Amsterdam Sex Slave Trade checked?

Since she was suppose to board a flight back home to Alabama hours before she went missing:

Has anyone checked whether she could have been tricked to take a flight to Amsterdam and sold into the sex slave trade?

That would cover alot of gambling debts, and the market is there.

This might different than her actual fate, but it seems likely enough it should be investigated.

I think that scenario was investigated. I believe the 3 suspects aren't telling all. They had been coached by Van Slooters father who is a judge.

idk, but i do know that they closed the case.

They check everything. The three suspects were involved but with out a body in Aruba they will not be convicted.

Very sad for every one involved)

I thought about the sex trade industry too.
I feel that perhaps she was sold to someone in either Thailand or the Middle East...just wondering why the authorities didn't consider that?

I'd say consider checking the rain forests in northern South America.... It is known that if you go to any unlit Caribbean beaches at night, you are entering the domain of the drug lords from South America.... They usually move around under the cover of darkness as they drop off their bundles for the local island gangs to spread in exchange for cash...... They tend to move around the Caribbean at night using GPS and inflatable high speed rafts.... Hence why U.S., British, Canadian, and other Coast guard ships are always patrolling the Caribbean Seas.

Natalee went on the beach late at night and she could have gotten held- by one of those drugs dealers for randsom and transported to South America easily....

Couldn't get on the plane without her passport. Her passport was left in her room at the Holiday Inn.

I really don't know how thorough the investigation was. My guess is that something is corrupt somewhere ? Either someone on the inside tipped the suspects off / for a favor or money or the police were not trained as well as those in more developed countries ? not to sound obnoxious but the police people in aruba are not necessarily that impressive ? perhaps evidence wasn't preserved as well at the crime scene or they lack some of the equipment needed to analyze it ? i think that your theory too sounds like it could be a possibililty. I would not think Amsterdem though as prostitution is legal there in red light district ? I'd think more like South America, Middle East or Asia ? Too many blondes that are willing to fill the occupation in America/ Europe. I'd think she could have been set up by the suspects or possibly nabbed by someone on a boat. one shot in the arm / or something slipped in her drink could have either knocked her out / or impaired her judgement enough to put her in great risk/ danger. for what reason is unknown, perhaps she was taken out on the boat and abused by the group of them / killed / dumped into water for sharks. she could have been taken tanywhere at any hour on a prop/private plane. or possibly she was sold to some sort of prositution. I'm really not satisfied that this case is not solved. I really feel that this young girl was murdered . Consequently, I refuse to spend any tourism money there. I'm not silly enough to think that the little I would spend i nfrequently is going to make a big difference to them. it just makes me feel better about this not to go there / plan a cruise that stops there. it's really a shame because it's a pretty place to visit it has a southwestern arizona cactus dessert sort of look with a carribean beach. i honestly did not care for the people that we met at the local shops and in hotels. but the island is beautiful . it's a shame they either messed this investigation up and/or are corrupt ?
