What would a hispanic or latino feel about this.
Also, I am not really sure if my dad is actually of Spanish
decent but does speak spanish and grew up with latino friends.

my dad is from lebanon my mom is from Colombia south america and i consider myself half lebanese, half hispanic. you should be proud.

I know this polish girl who was born in raised in mexico and she adhere's to the mexican traditions and culture.

If your dad is half-venezuelan like you claim then you do have some latino bl00d. Embrace it. Even if he really doesn't then you can still embrace it.

Well that depends. Aruban - can be Dutch, or a native indian that has South American Origins. So really it depends on the Arubian part. You still have some latino blood but you may also have Dutch and/or native Aruban.

Arubans are a mix of Black, white, and native american, just like most Latin Americans. in addition to that Arubans speak a language called Papiamentu, which is a spanish creole language, and most speak regular spanish as well. so yea, Arubans are latino.
