Aruba honeymoon?

has anyone been to aruba or curaco in the august time frame? any feed back is helpful...

I was in both places around that time the weather was good. it just rain about 2 or 5 minutes a day in Aruba. then sunshine all the time.

I was there the first week of September this past year and it was awesome and perfect!

August usually brings both dry and later on wet weather to these islands, since late august sometimes marks the beginning of the rainy season. that's the only seasonal phenomenon there.
Other than that, islands are beautiful, people are warm, and there is always some romantic getaway to enjoy.
Curacao has more secluded beaches, and also an island of the coast accesible by boat... worth the trip.

Gamecoc and samd010...you guys are the biggest examples of stupid people! You think that aruba is dangerous because of this one thing that happened. You don't know how mad this makes me. People get killed in america and guess what?! everywhere else! each day--and their are people who are suspects. So maybe we shouldn't travel anywhere?! because of those things that happen EVERY day. Also it is JORAN van der sloot and it has nothing at all to do with this question. So don't answer this question with such a dumb answer.

And to the person who asked this question: sorry i had to write all this. Aruba and Curacau are beautiful, very romantic places to go on a honeymoon. Great idea! Definetely in August because it's not as boiling hot. Congratulations too =) !!
