What is the status for Rarotongans if emigrating to New Zealand.? |
Having similar cultural traits with Maori. Is it reciporical. The reason why I am asking is if a Rugby Player were ineligble to play for the All Blacks and if they play for New Zealand Maori would they be eligible to play for Rarotongan. Assuming they would qualify. Sports is an inadequate reason. |
