How many curltures are in New Zealand?

How many curltures are in New Zealand?

Not as many as the United States but more than Britain...
Its all good~
Cultures<< winks
My dad was Maori ( descendent from Hawaiki-nui)...born in New Zealand .
My Mum New Zealander ( descendants from England and Scotland)...
My Fiancee United States Citizen ,born in Pennsylvania...
and thats just one household~

NZ is a great big melting pot of different cultures

Its pretty multicultural to be honest.....
Its hard to know where to begin...with the older ones there is Maori and the "european" ones like English, scottish and irish as well as German, French and Dalmatian ( Croatian) and the Chinese. There are significant Indian groups here too as well as the newer asian ( particularly Korean) and pacific islands........it some areas different cultures are more prominant eg Southland is vrey scottish, while Auckland is strongly Polynesian and Asian.......Some towns have associations with different communties eg I know a little town with a Swiss connnection ( as I have Swiss hertiage) as it was based on Swiss immigrants who came here.....

We like to think we are multicultural too.

practically everything...HEAPS of koreans here, way more samoans than cook islanders, and nowadays i'm actually seeing black people here too! so that's new. soon enough we'll have black people going to my school, then you'll know that it's pretty multi-cultured. it's because we're neighbours to the most refugee(immagrent)-filled place on the planet, and also we're safe, we're accepting to all cultures (except there is a LOT of racism towards asians) we're nuclear free (probs gonna change pretty soon though). even becks has been here. that's new.

Curling is carried out periodically on the Manorburn Dam when conditions are right.
There is but one year-round curling venue in the country, and that is at Naseby.

dunno but i think its like 2 thirds of new zealands asian population live in auckland.

We got heaps of different cultures in NZ, I'm Maori, part Australian, my bio dad was Australian, part Dutch, my partner is Maori part Estonian, my Mum is Maori part European, some of my cousins are part Irish, Nuiean, Cook Island, Samoan, Greek.

We have Asians, but they mainly come here for education and are very hard workers. We have South Africans, Russians, Germans, Americans, heaps and heaps of ex-pat Brits, Ozzies, Croatians, Iraqi's, Indians, Fijians, Fiji Indians....and the list goes on and on and on.

It's a great country
