Are there usually kids on 6th st. (in Austin) for the new year's eve celebration? i wouldn't be surprised. i saw parents with kids in STROLLERS out for halloween, and late. they looked pretty stupid. and it just seemed generally unsafe. too many drunken idiots in the crowd when it gets busy down there. and it WILL get busy for new year's. I would not advise anyone under 21 being on 6th street anytime after 10 PM. |
