Were can i buy a sticker for my car, so i can enter the freeways in Austin, Texas? |
last time i enterd the freeways i recived a bill through the mail saying i owed some cash, because i didnt have a sticker on my car, so i was wondering were i could buy one of those stickers.-thanks You would need to go to the txtag office that is located on the north bound service road of Loop 1 between Parmer Lane and Wells Branch Parkway. For exact directions, their website is http://txtag.org. The minimum required in your account is about $20, if you set it up for auto draft from your account, it will debit your account $20 once it goes below $10. Theyll give you a sticker you have to place right below your rear view mirror. I am unsure what exactly you are talking about? I'm not real familiar with Austin, but I don't recall any toll roads. State, Farm to Market, County and Local roads do not charge you for driving on them, only Toll Roads. Its called a tx tag. Google it. and it should give you info on how to get one. its for the new toll roads. |
