How is Odessa, Texas?

Good place to move, job opportunities, family life?

I live in Midland Texas. Which is right next to Odessa. (Less then 10 miles) Most people agree that Midland is more of the Family place to live, while Odessa Is the more envolved in the oil jobs. Both places are nice with good schools. We have nice weather here too. There are MANY job oppunties but not many homes. I hope that helps...

If you can stand the odor of crude oil being pumped out of the ground, I guess it isn't all that bad.
