Yes, the Turquoise Trading Post on Burnet is a good choice, but I would also encourage you to check out Nature's Treasures on East 5th. While its primary focus is gems and fossils, they do have unique tribal/native american items as well.

There's a store on Burnet called Turquoise Trading Post that has a pretty good selection of turquoise jewelry. They have a website but there doesn't seem to be any jewelry listed on there--you will have to go in and see what is for sale.
