There is no place to sell it, but you can donate it. The name escapes me, but there is a blood bank off of North Lamar.

They have two locations--North Lamar and Round Rock.

Or you can look at their site and find out where they plan to be around town during different blood drives. They do a lot of promotional stuff with their super-groovy blood drive bus. (I actually passed it on the way to work today).
