How do I get the cheapest airfare to Germany for the World Cup between 6/26-7/10?

How much US dollars would be enough to stay in Germany for the world cup for two weeks?

You can still purchase airline tickets, but you are looking at paying up to $1,000+. I did a quick search on Delta.com for Los Angeles (you didn't mention where you were from in the States) to Frankfurt and found a round-trip ticket for $1,298. So, the opportunity is still there, it just depends on how much you want to pay for it.

You are going to run into a problem when you are trying to find a hotel. Most of the hotels in the cities where the World Cup is taking place are already booked solid. Even the surrounding smaller cities. You'd have to really do some research on that. Might have to stay 30+ kilometers outside of the city. Even hostels are booked. Best of luck to you.

You probably won't get any flight at all and if for a fortune. They're all gone already!!

WOW! If you were planning on going to the World Cup, you should have made arrangements when it was announced Germany was to be the host country. I am from the Midwest, and airfare is over $1,000.00 round trip. My family are all in Germany, and there is no way that any of them are going. I mentioned this when it was announced. They are staying home with a bottle of champagne and a good meal. Hotels are booked solid. Everything is booked, including Guesthouses. Germany does not take kindly to vagrants sleeping outside. Stay home, and get the German channel. It will be much cheaper, and safer.

Look at www.mcflight.de. And plan to spend a lot while you're there, things there can be expensive, especially at something so touristy. By the way, 1 euro = $1.28.

check out this. it will give u the cheapest ticket out there
