Try Air Transit, they seem to be the cheapest flights during the summer months.

If you can get a cheap flight to London, (try for Luton, Stansted, Gatwick ) Easy Jet or Ryan Air have really good deals on flights. London has some of the cheapest European continental airline rates. But be aware that their British Pound is almost twice the rate of a US dollar.
