Well, I heard it is a very good university. It's campus is amazing, but I havent seen the rooms though. It is one of the best private universities in Bahrain. And the good thing is that it is far from City Center which means that it is away from the crowded places. If there are good rooms to stay in, the area is very quiet and nice. If not, I dont think its a big problem to find a flat in Bahrain. You can stay in East Riffa, which is 10 minutes away from the RUW. Good luck
