Where can a Filipino national in the Philippines apply for a Bahrain visa?

I am a US citizen and I work for the US armed forces. I will be stationed in Bahrain next month. By the end of this year, I am planning to "sponsor" my best friend in the Philippines to visit me in Bahrain.

You need to get a sponsor from Bahrain to be able to enter the country with a working visa. The Bahraini embassy can help you with that if you could not locate a sponsor. If you have friends or family who are working here, they can look for a job on your behalf and once they find a job, the sposor to-be sends issues an NOC (No Objection Certificate) for you toenter the country.

For normal tourist visa, check with the embassy as well, or the Phillipines immigration office.

At the Bahrain's embassy, wherever that may be. Most likely Manila. Look it up.

You will have to arrange the visa in Bahrain and show a copy of it to the airline your friend will use to travel to Bahrain. The airline will notify its Manila office that it is okay for your friend to travel to Bahrain and that a visa is waiting.

There is no place for a Filipino to apply for a Bahrani visit visa in Manila. Other nationalities (US, Europeans, etc., can apply online. It's fast and efficient).
