The time difference between Cairo (Egypt) and Manama (Bahrain) is one hour:

Egypt: GMT +2 Hrs
Bahrain: GMT + 3 Hrs

Manama is one hour ahead than Cairo.

Manama & Cairo's time are the same. Except when Cairo change their time in the winter (they reduce their time by one hour), this is when there is a differnce of one hour between the two countries. Please note that Bahrain do not change the timing in summer or winter, but Cairo do.
