in ramadan yes
but this timing is only for the mall itself .... many shops close by 3 pm till after eftar and many shops close by 11 and 12 am not 1 am
but in general yea u can enter the mall from 10 am till 1 am

You are right, but they do close by 2 p.m. until 7. Actually I was there last night at 1:20 and few shops were still iopen. I tried the "Fire of Brazil" Restaurant, it was great :p
