Public Buses- kind of dirty and incovenient
Taxis-convenient and not overpriced
Limosine Service- expensive but extremely nicee

the best n most convenient option (if u dont have a car) is to take a taxi ..

Cars are not subject to any taxes anymore in Bahrain. If it is owned by you & have a proof that you live in KSA and another proof that you are sponsored in Bahrain, I do not see any problem.
