Whats the basic minimum cost of living for an Indian family planning to move to Bahrain? |
Am planning to move from Delhi to Bahrain with family. Am being offered USD 4000, plus car. What is the minimum saving i will be able to make. Also is it a good decision to live in Bahrain from a daily perspective. USD 4000 in Bahrain, AND a car?! First of all, and this is an honest answer - nobody will offer that much of a salary to an Indian National unless you posses an extra ordinary talent and you are required in extra-ordinary positions (i.e. Sr. Manager, GM, DGM etc.) Again with the Bahrain! Who's recruiting you people? The U.S. military to Iraq? Seriously, the cost of living for new families living in Bahrain can be found at a number of sites including Yahoo itself. As to whether it's a good decision to move or not, you'll have to make that call yourself. 4000U.S seems low, unless it's per week. 142.00 a day? Just stay in the U.S and you can make more money AND not have to worry about some crazed Bahrainian stealing your last falafel. |
