Can we get a house maid in Bahrain easily??? Is it affordable and safe to have a maid at home there?

I am about to shift Bahrain with my wife. She is working tooo.
So I wanted to know about house maids for cleaning house etc.

How much maids charge generally??

u can get a full time maid (live-in) from the agencies, salary depends on the nationality from BD 80-110.

part time maid BD1 per hour u just need to check the local newspaper!!!

i think if u dont have kids the part time maid is much better!! safer and less headache!!
full time maids r annoying n always make mistakes, u will never have privacy either!!!

Here is how it work,
The traditional way is to contact office which is specialize in this sort of things. You will be asked for your request (gender, language she or he speaks, age, nationality, monthly payment) they will provide you with pictures and CV鈥檚.
You pick up what you like and pay for it and they will bring her/him from wherever to the airport.
You need to provide room as well as monthly payment approximately it鈥檚 around $300 monthly I guess.
Most people ask for Indonesian or Sri Lanka house maid.
