I am working in a Bahrain five star hotel but the hotel is not paying our over time money properly?

The company is not paying proper money what the Bahrain law is telling about over time rates please tell me about over time rates.

The Bahrain Labor Law for the Private Sector permits 12 hours of overtime per week that is to be paid at a rate of 25 percent above the normal wage if conducted during the day and 50 percent if completed at night

i currently work in a hotel in lexington, ky..as a matter of fact i am working right now.... i am not familiar with the employment laws there, however i do think all employess in any field have a human resource dept (espically if this is a hotel chain) otherwise maybe contact your government rep to find out further info....good luck

if you are a legitimate employee of the hotel and have legal papers to support your stay in the country then you should complain to the proper government agency about your situation.

Speak with your manager professionally
