Are there any pharmacies and supermarkets near to The Grand Ashok Hotel in Bangalore, India?

I'm goin to Bangalore tonight, I need help plz if someone knows, whether there are any pharmacies and supermarkets near to The Grand Ashok Hotel?
This will help me a lot knowing my exact plan the moment I reach there,cuz I will leave next day early morning, thanx.

just walk down the golf course to sivananda stores. its about 2 mins walk to your right when u step out of the hotel , for which u can ask directionsfrom yr hotel staff. There r abt 2 medical shops , and also a corner store where u get almost everything for daily use.
alternatively take a rickshaw into cunningham road (abt 1 km distance) , where u have several medical stores and also a shopping mall and several restaurants.
or walk down the bridge to palace gutahalli where also u have several medical shops and corner stores.
