How to travel from switzerland to France? |
What is the best and most economic way to travel from Basel (Switzerland) to Paris (France)? I have looked the Eurotraing however I could not find two way tickets to and from paris? Also, does anyone know any good situated Motels in Paris? Thanks I guess the most comfortable way will be travelling by train. You can search the available trains & their schedule here --> http://www.db.de/site/bahn/en/start.html best and economical travel is by bus take the train buy the tickets at the station you might have to transfer trains at some point the guys at the station can provide that info have fun Train is the best way. There are some brilliant views along the way. The journey itself is an experience. You might want to get on a train who will take you to the border and than just take another one, is cheap and easy. All train stations have everything marked in 4 languages including English so wherever you go you'll know to inform your self. cheapest prices you may find at the french railways - have a look here: train, you may get a TGV or a normal train. TGV is a bit more expensive, but there are always deals. check the page below and there are also links there to SNCF (French railways) |
