Were is the bes place to live in germany? and why?

im lookin for peaceful, pretty city thats a city but kinda small city like 1-5 million near the alps! im really thiknin bout bavaria? well n e way every answere is really, really, really appreciated! : Thanks!

If you want to live near the German Alps, and in a city, I think Munich would be the ideal place. It's close to many great places. The 2006 population is at 1.3 milliuon. Check out the info on Wikipedia below.

Berlin? Bayern? Koln? Munchen, hamburg, frankfurt.

I lived near BadenBaden for a couple of years. Quite enjoyed the city and the surrounding area. It's just a jump from Switzerland and France and close to the alps.

My parents were married in Deusseldorf, they liked it.

I think Dusseldorf is the best city. the weather is pleased not hot and the city is big and beautiful.

munich would be your best bet. but bamberg is the best and most beautiful
