What is the cost of milk and bread in bavaria? |
I am asking about cheapest price. The same price as everywhere in Germany. Uuuh...most places in Germany are pretty cheap. You won't have a problem. However, the funny thing is that the beer is cheaper than water. lol It's free over here if you're an immigrant. The cheapest price you'll get in an ALDI or Lidl supermarket, Lidl is just about 500 meters from the station of Bayreuth (Leibnizstra脽e), or at a Plus supermarket. Milk is about 0,45 鈧? bread between 1,- 鈧?and 2,50 鈧? Milk will range from 49 Euro-cents per liter for tetra-pak milk to about a Euro for fresh milk. Some stores mark down the price the day it expires so if you drink it soon you can get a bargain! Bread is another story. Prepackaged bread can range from 35 Euro-cents in a cheap supermarket like Aldi to 2-3 Euros for bread from a bakery. Also some bakeries sell their leftover stock for half price an hour before closing or early the next morning. |
