dude, its pratically a week later! you're supposed to report that the minute you know its missing! ring the baggage reclaims, then see if they can help. don't worry, luggage ALWAYS turns up, and it will be taxi'd to your door ASAP

Phone the airport and ask for the lost baggage office, at the international airport ( Altergrove) it is the airport police who deal with this and at the Belfast (George Best) city it is the baggage/ information desk you need.
