Blackout facilities?


Is "blackout facilities" same with "lighting facilities "? If not, what is the difference? Context :Both meeting rooms feature air-conditioning, natural daylight and blackout facilities.

Blackout facilities are used in meeting rooms, conference room or training rooms to block out natural light. This puts the room into darkness for using audio visual equipment, projection equipment etc.

Some hotel rooms have black out facilities for people who need to sleep during the day.

The black out facilities are for if you require to use any sort of vissual equipment,it only needs to be blinds or curtains. LIghtingfacilities require electrical suply could be spot lights or ordinary lights.
