I want to visit Belfast. Can someone tell me where the Catholic areas are?

I am a very staunch supporter of the IRA and they're mission and goal. I totally agree with their struggle for independence. The british are imperialists.

You support the IRA? So, you support murders? My religious views DON'T come into this. They've taken away so much life (just like Unionist groups and I do not support them either). Do you mean you are a supporter of Sinn Fein? The political Representatives for the IRA? Well, I have no problems with that then, they don't seem to be doing anything wrong =]

I totally understand your feelings towards the British and your hope for Independence but why take this out on other people? They can't help what religion they are born into. Not everyone has sectarian opinions in Northern Ireland and it's getting so much better that so many don't even care anymore and that's the ght attitude to have! We're all the same! So, why just go to Catholic places? That's only going to strengthen our problems if people keep doing this, that invisible barrier will still be there. "We will just be too different to be a few inches from each other." People won't care nor realise if you go to a place that isn't just Catholic (we have lots of mixed areas and Protestant areas that are full of ordinary harmless people but in saying that if you're a Catholic, I'd be careful about going to some Protestant areas, the places with the 'stronger feelings.' Just like Protestans have to be careful about going to some Catholic places!)

Sorry about my rant, this topic just gets my cranky. It's not because I don't agree with you, I just would like a little more peace and then, just maybe, some human life can be saved.

Catholic areas :
Andersonstown
Short Stand
Lower Orgmor Road
Ardoyne
Turf Road

P.s. I hope you have a lovely time in Belfast! It's a nice wee city!

Then stay away from Ireland, people like you are not welcome any more.....terrorism is not welcome and even the IRA have laid down their arms so get real and move forward in peace like everyone else

I hope someone finds it in their heart to................. REPORT YOU I HAVE!!!!!!

To be sure, you are looking for the Falls Road area then. It's an area long associated with the republican cause.

But understand that right now everyone is looking for peace in the Northern Ireland.
