Can anyone recommend a luxury but affordable hotel in Belfast?

I am taking my hubby there for his 30th and would like to make it special...any suggestions on hotels?

i'm from belfast, and have read the answers, if i was going back and wanted to be in the heart of the city, no question the europa, on great victoria street is the one.
the other options which i would recommend madisons, on botanic ave about 10/15 mins straight walk from the europa, or the wellington park, on the malone road, in the heart of the student area full of bars and restaurants, which is no more than 10 mins from madisons.
price all 3 and take into consideration they are all within a 拢2 taxi ride.

chimney corner is great and cheap and just on the outskirts of belfast.

The Old Inn in Crawfordsburn - about 15 mins outside of Belfast but absolutely gorgeous. Big log fires, thatched roof, all the bedrooms are different with four poster beds.

There are lots of affordable, luxury hotels in Belfast. The Europa Hotel is Belfast's Most famous hotel and is very luxurious but not too expensive and is right in the heart of Belfast City Centre. There is also Ten Square Hotel, a small, yet very beautiful, ornate hotel also in the city centre. Then, of course there is The Belfast Hilton, again right in the centre of the city. If you go to the official Belfast visitors guide website http://www.gotobelfast.com/ you will find lots of information on hotels. Hope you enjoy your trip!

You should look up a few websites for offers but the Europa (Europes most bombed hotel) is right in the city centre and 4star and shouldn't be overly expensive.
There is also the Hilton hotel 5* by the river.
