Is one First class stamp enough to send a card to Belfast?

the card's dimension is 20x14 cm.

As long as it is less than 240mm x 165mm x 5mm, weighs less than 100g it is classed as a letter & one 34p stamp will do.

check the size of envelope with post office, they have that some plastic device to measure it..

size matters..

i send one small cover to london but according to them it was bubble wrap cover and width was more so i need to put big 1st class stamp which cost me 48 pence.

yes

Yes. Why do you ask? The Post Office stamps are for all of UK.

Should be, but ask at the post office just incase.

maybe 2 to be on the safe side!!
