Make sure it is clean, fun, and affordable. If it gets positive publicity, people will come. Cater to many kinds of tastes too. Brazil is a big place with lots to offer.

I wish people knew a little more about Brazil, it drives me crazy when they think Brazilian people speak Spanish or that Brazil is a little country.
I think you would have to educate people about Brazil, because it is such a beautiful country full of culture and fun stuff to do.
You could begin letting people know that Brazil have the biggest waterfalls in the world and border several different countries... that is just a suggestion.
