Berlin new year- recommendations?

Me and 15 of my friends, about 30 yrs old, are going to berlin for new year, looking for nice resturant and a bar/ club in the mitte area.. any suggestions would be great..

i spent new years in berlin in 2000 we just hung around the tier garten area and let me tell u u wont run out of places to eat and drink and just have a whole lot of fun.. but if your going to be 15 people its going to be really hard to stick together.. so everyone should have a cell phone.. its a great time.. really cold so dress warm.. but a great time.. good luck and have lots of fun..
