Love Parade 2007?

Hiya,

I wanna go to the love parade this year and i was wondering if anyone knows how long does it run for??

I think it's on the 15th of July...but not sure for how long

would really appreaciate if someone knows this..

the love parade is always held on the 2nd sunday in july. it starts early in the afternoon and is all over bny 11.30pm.... the comment about it only being held every other year is wrong - the tiergarten is now closed off so no eco issues to worry about. the love parade was halted as previously the government covered all aspects of security, policing, clearing up as it was technically a political demonstration (i kid you not) . last year the organisers finally got enough private sponsorship and 1.2 million people partied in central berlin and it was awesome!!!
this year the application was made for saturday 7th july and the organisers are still waiting for approval..... i'd highly recommend a trip over for it, it is superb!

It seems that there is not a date, at least not yet.The 07.07.2007 was suggested, but there is no confirmation yet.
