Any German know what happened in Bromberg, Poland Sept 3,1939?

If you have, how do you feel about it?

Do we know it? Well some of us have herad about what happened in Bydgoszcz in history class in school, or found out later because they were interested in history. How do I feel about it? Like any pogrom, I think it's a bad thing and feel pity for those who were persecuted. But I also know that the amount of victims was later overestimated and instrumentalised by the nazis, who the terrorized the people of Bydgoszcz even more fiercely than those in other Polish towns.

"Bloody Sunday"; when the Germans invaded Poland on September 1st, and supposedly massacred the villagers of the town of Bromberg on the 3rd.

The incident is shoruded in controversy because of conflicting reports from the Polish and the Germans. I believe that the Germans did indeed massacred the people in that town.
