Planning a WEEK long holidays in EuroPE. wut R da places i shud NOT miss?

help me plan out my itinerary.. pleazz!

thanx.

Go to Switzerland. The country is small enough to travel in a week and there is more than enough to see.

Start out by flying into Zurich. Spend a day or two there. Bahnhofstrasse offers some of the best shopping in the world. Zurich Sea is a beautiful park with a lake, a great place to walk around in the afternoon. The old city is also a fantasic place to explore and grab a bite to eat.

Next travel to Lousanne but make a quick stop on the train in Solothrun. Solothurn is most preserved Roman fortified city in Switzerland. It is small and easily explored in a few hours. Offers a great church and a hotel near by that napoleon used to stay at. Be sure to also check out WeissenStein, its a mountain with a ski lift to the top. It'll offer you the best view you've ever seen in your life. Shows the entire swiss valley with the alps in the background.

In lousanne you can see the typical french style city set on a number of hills. It is definitely worth spending a day or two at as well.

From here I would go to Interlacken and spend 2 days there. Here you'll have the chance to do any kind of activity you want, sky diving, canyoning, bungee jumping, biking in the alps, hiking etc. This is THE place to go to experience the mountains of switzerland. From there you can stop by in St. Gallen on your way back to Zurich.

St Gallen, is a very remote, mountain city that will blow your mind away with its beauty.

Enjoy!

BE SURE TO VISIT AMSTERDAM....MAYBE FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK !!!

If you are visiting London you should go see Buckingham Palace and the changing of guards.

France.Italy,Bosnia & Herzegovina,spain,amasterdam,GRECCE,LOND...

three options:
a) if you are going to France, use your full week in Paris.
b) if you are going to Spain, 4 days in Barcelona, 3 days in Madrid (including Toledo and Escorial).
c) if you are going to Italy, stay in Rome, with short trips to Firenze and Tivoli.
