First, u have to sit confortably under the cow.
Then, u take it's.... ( I won't say the word) with ur both hands and u squeeze them up & down, up & down...
And LISTO!
Milk in quantity!

no....it's very easy...
I do it since i was 6 years old.
But cant explain you here, Come to my farm and I'll teach you.
It's the way I live,,,,,i have 50 cows and i sell the milk everydays to the chocolate factory close to my house.
