Can anybody tell me if there is any possiblities of the opening of shopping malls or multiplexes in bhopal?

Bhopal doent have parchasing power as Indore has and that is why it doesnt have malls

I don't C any chances after Hearing abt the Bhopal gas Tragedy in 80's And Late 90's..
