Will be in Hingham ever so briefly - what do you recommend?

Hi out there. I live in CT and will be there tomorrow. I am to drop someone off in Hingham, MA tomorrow around 4 and then I will pick him up at 8:30. So I need something to do for 4 1/2 hours. I have never been there before. Is there a nice coffee house or book store type place I could just hang out in? (I'd prefer a locally owned coffee house - but I will go to a starbucks if there is nothing else.) Can you reccomend a nice place to eat - not to expensive - but quality would be appreciated. Better yet - reccomend me a local favorite. Thank you so much in advance for your help - I really appreciate it!

Hingham is a little town about 1/2 hour south of Boston. I would suggest driving up the 93N an going to the Kennedy Library or take 93S and go to South Shore Plaza to kill time. There are quite a few restaurants in Hingham, but mostly chains, there are a few starbucks and a local coffee house is Brewed Awakenings on Main Street.

if you are driving, please stay out of the fast lane on the MA pike, i know all of you CT drivers do that , and i hate it
