If you are in buenos Aires chances are you will see some couple making out and they will problably be wondering what the heck you want while they are transfering bodily fluids. BA is a big city and if you can ask thepeople that are not making out because there are definatley plenty of people to ask. If you go to a store and actually buy something ask a clerk or the manager directions to a location or a restaurant. If you buy something from them they may send you to a pretty nice place.

hahah...your question made me laugh! as an Argentinian who happens to be living in Buenos Aires, people will be surprised just like they would be anywhere else, but if you are polite and explain why you want to know something in the middle of their kissing...they'll just have a good laugh..
